Local residents also brought into question the traffic study submitted by the developer.
Noting it was performed during the spring break period for most local area schools. The board was
also requested to further modify the commitments if it did decide to move forward with the
petition and rezoning to reduce the maximum number of lots from 487 to 450 and ensure that all
current draft building and anti-automony standards and or ordinances be adhered to.
Cobblestone had no comments on the revised commitments as they had not viewed them prior to the meeting
